On the secondary description line after the date an asterisk symbol "*" will indicate the artworks availability.

If there is:

no *'s = Artwork has been sold or resides in a permanent collection
one * = Artwork is available for sale through the Frank Mason Estate
two ** = Artwork is on consignment at a gallery or on temporary loan
